募集業務内容 | ■Industry: Trading ■Office location: Causeway Bay ■Job Description: *Daily coordination with suppliers, customers, shipping liners / forwards for order processing and shipping arrangement *Follow up sales orders and monitor delivery schedule to fulfill customers’ requirement *Respond to customer enquiries *Handle full set of shipping documents *Support documentation and filing *Report, quotation and budget preparation *Business trip and facilitate TV conference is necessary *Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management |

■Requirement: *Form 5 / HKDSE or above *At least 1 year working experience in Trading company *Business level language skills in English & Mandarin (Japanese is a plus) *Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and Tradelink *Familiar with shipping procedure and logistics knowledge include trade term *Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills *Ability to independently multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively *Must be enthusiastic and spirited, have a friendly disposition and a positive attitude *Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines |
