- University graduate or above with a minimum 3 years relevant experience preferably in the food / retail industry - Interest and knowledge in sake is an advantage - Possess SSI or equivalent or above will be an asset - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Detail-minded, sensitive to figures, good analytical skills with strong market sense and awareness - Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Knowledge of Japanese will be an advantage - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc |
