| 募集業務内容 | Responsibilities: * Support senior management in preparing client proposals through project programs. Supervise the site operation and follow up the project progress with best quality, durability, time frame and cost control within required standards set by the management. * Responsible for developing processes/services that support client requests. * Responsible for project management and coordination. Coordinate with all related parties (including clients, sales team, consultants, partners and contractors) to ensure smooth project delivery. * Responsible for reporting on the status of individual and group projects and programs. Must be able to provide an appropriate level of details and be able to concisely summarize complex issues. * Attend project site meetings and conduct site surveys. * Good communication with vendors and management. Support consulting on complex, large-scale projects that are integrated into organized programs. |

* Higher Diploma and above in Building Studies, Building Services Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, Surveying, Interior Design or related discipline. * At least 6 to 8 years of Project Management or other related experience. At least 3 years of leadership support experience required. * Proven track record of managing medium-large multi-disciplinary project(s) from inception, completion and handover including claims and EOT assessment, etc. * Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, self-driven and vendor management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, AutoCAD is a must. * Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin. |
