| 募集業務内容 | ＜IT Infrastructure Supervisor＞ * Supervise Customer Engineering and IT Infrastructure team to provide service (IT technical support and IT infrastructure solutions) to customers including Japanese companies under a manager * Assist the manager to promote IT related jobs * Design, build and maintain IT infrastructure (network, data centre, server, cloud service, etc) across Asia Pacific region ＜Digital IT Consultant＞ * Responsible requirement study and analysis. * Work with new digital team in Hong Kong and Shen Zhen for AI & IoT system consultation, including requirement analysis, testing, and user training. * Research and apply new cutting-edge technology for Japanese client. * Communication with Japan HQ and local branch are required. ＜System Support＞ * Daily user support, ERP system support * Programming: SQL Statements; Web page update, Web Application development & RPA development * Software application: Microsoft Windows 10, 8; Microsoft Server 2012; MS Office Macro; MS SQL Server 2014 or above; Office 365; UiPath; ＜Junior IT Consultant ＞ * Responsible for ERP implementation, including requirement analysis, system configuration, testing, and user training * Provide support and maintenance service to the clients ＜Sales Manager＞ * Provide technical support to customers. * Maintain current business accounts and develop good relationships with customer * Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by superiors from time-to-time |

■Requirements: ＜IT Infrastructure Supervisor＞ * Applicant must be the Hong Kong resident or with Hong Kong work permit * University graduate in Computer Science or related * Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in IT industry with sound exposure in IT infrastructure management ＜Digital IT Consultant＞ * Bachelor degree or above. * Native level speaking and written Japanese are preferred. * Experience in working as consultant/sales in Japanese company is advantage. * Minimum 3 years IT software relative experience is required. * Experience and IT software relative experience is preferred –AI , IoT and ERP ＜System Support＞ * Working Exp: For candidate have experience in * Web-application development & RPA development (UiPath) * ERP system support and warehouse operation support in trading company will be an advantage. * Language: Proficient in English & Mandarin, Japanese ( N2 or above) ＜Junior IT Consultant ＞ * Experience of Consulting role in ERP system is PLUS (e.g. SAP/ Salesforce/ Oracle/Dynamics/ FlexSystem etc...) * Conversation level Japanese and Business English is must. ＜Sales Manager＞ * Working experience in IT related industry * Native Japanese speaking skill *Good command of spoken and written English or Cantonese * Aggressive, positive minded, responsible, independent and self-motivated |
