■Job duties:
* Correspondence of phone calls and emails from customers (inventory inquiry, order request, delivery date confirmation, complaints, etc.)
* Paperwork related to ordering and ordering (SAP input of orders, issuance of various documents)
* Delivery date management (delivery date adjustment with the head office in Japan, delivery date response to customers)
* Accounts receivable management (customer payment management, payment reminder, etc.)
* Data management (update work of order management table, inventory management table, delivery management table)

資格・経験等 ■Requirements:
* Proficient in spoken and written both English and Chinese
* Working experience of customer service to Chinese customer
* Working experience at Japanese companies is an advantage
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Basic operation knowledge is must
* Knowledge of Trading business is an advantage
* Experience of SAP is an advantage
* Immediate available is preferred
