募集業務内容 | ■Office location: Tsim Sha Tsui ■Employment type: Full-time ■Job Titles:Customer service ■Job duties: * Correspondence of phone calls and emails from customers (inventory inquiry, order request, delivery date confirmation, complaints, etc.) * Paperwork related to ordering and ordering (SAP input of orders, issuance of various documents) * Delivery date management (delivery date adjustment with the head office in Japan, delivery date response to customers) * Accounts receivable management (customer payment management, payment reminder, etc.) * Data management (update work of order management table, inventory management table, delivery management table) |
