募集業務内容 | 【Highlight】 * Create Quotation, P/O, Invoice, P/L in ERP system (SAP) * Part-time: Around 2-3 days per week * Internship students and Fresh graduate welcomed ■Industry: Electronics ■Office location: Tsim Sha Tsui ■Employment type: Full-time or Part-time ■Position: Procurement Assistant ■Job Description: * Create the commercial document such as Quotation, Purchase Order, Sales Invoice, Packing List etc. in ERP system (SAP) *Liaise with suppliers, forwarders/ shipping companies for delivery and shipment arrangement under supervision * Prepare regular reports * Perform task efficiently and effectively * Other clerical duties * Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company |

勤務時間 | ■Working Hours: * Full-time: 5 days work (Mon-Fri, on duty from 8:00 to 9:00, off duty from 17:00 to 18:00) We have flexible working hours & staff have to work 8 hours (excl lunch hour) per day within the above on & off duty time * Part-time: Around 2-3 days per week till end of Mar 2022 & they can work alternatively |
