募集業務内容 | ■Job duties: * Perform full spectrum of Payroll and C&B administration duties including monthly payroll, final payment calculation, leave administrations, MPF contributions, tax returns, employee compensation and other C&B related matters in a timely manner * Responsible for accurately maintaining and updating personnel information in HRIS and related files * Prepare regular C&B and payroll reports for management review * Professionally handle employee inquiries about designated business units * Work closely with team members to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the payroll * Assist in administrative duties and ad hoc tasks assigned |

■Requirements: * Tertiary educated in Human Resources Management and related disciplines * 2 to 3 years’ relevant working experience in Human Resources field, with hands-on experience in payroll process * Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related statutory regulations * Strong sense of responsibility and strive for continuous improvement * Detail-minded, strong numerical sense with high degree of accuracy * Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel and Human Resources Information System (e.g., SAP) * Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese |
