- Higher Diploma or Degree holder. - Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with colleagues, project members, customers, and suppliers. - Well-organized, self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently while fostering a strong sense of team spirit. - Willingness to travel overseas for business trips (e.g., visiting HQ branches or customers) Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in: - Company infrastructure maintenance and support (Network, Firewall, Active Directory). - Email service support (Office 365 experience preferred). Solid technical knowledge in: - Network: Secure network design, firewall configuration, and troubleshooting. - Email systems: Office 365 or Exchange Server (preferred). - Basic understanding of cybersecurity measures and incident handling. |
