募集業務内容 | HR & Administration: • Manage all HR functions including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, attendance, staff records, and labor insurance. • Implement HR policies and procedures. • Handle work visa applications for Japanese staff. • Maintain PC records and liaise with IT vendors. • Document management and filing. • General cost management. • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned. • Communicate and report with the Japan headquarters and China group companies (in Japanese and Chinese). Finance & Accounting: • Manage a full set of accounts. • Handle tax calculations. • Verify bank payments. • Manage cash flow and funds. • Coordinate with auditors. • Prepare and manage annual budgets. • Communicate and report with the Japan headquarters. |

資格・経験等 |
• At least 3 years of HR and administration experience in a Japanese company, with management experience. • Less Accounting Experience will be considered as HR & Administration Manager. • Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) . • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Ability to proactively catch up on work and improve processes. • Mental resilience to handle some stress. |
