| 募集業務内容 | Job Responsibilities - Support the Operation Manager in overseeing daily operations, including production, staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control. - Track and analyze key performance indicators, preparing reports to highlight areas for improvement. - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality materials. - Provide guidance and hands-on assistance to the operations team to maintain efficiency. - Uphold and enforce safety, hygiene, and compliance standards across all processes. - Contribute to the enhancement of operational policies and procedures. - Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotional activities. |

Requirements - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role. - Proven experience in the hospitality or F&B industry, specifically in product creation, sourcing, or promotion. - Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin and English for effective communication with regional suppliers. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Chinese Word Processing, and Excel. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Proficiency in data analysis and preparation of reports. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. |
