| 募集業務内容 | - Maintain the full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR) for the Hong Kong office, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to Regional Headquarters. - Oversee payroll, MPF, and statutory filings; lead annual audit finalization and coordinate with HQ on Global Minimum Tax and IRD requirements. - Review joint venture financial statements prepared by partners and convert complex data into standardized group reporting formats. - Optimize cash flow and manage bank time deposits to maximize capital efficiency. - Act as the primary contact for local financial institutions, managing loan arrangements and daily banking operations. - Facilitate smooth data flow across challenging regions, resolving financial discrepancies and acting as a liaison between countries. - Provide direct support to the General Manager, participating in high-level meetings with consultants, auditors, and financial institutions. - Assist in preparing mid-year and five-year financial projections to guide the office’s strategic planning. |

- Hold a degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA qualification (HKICPA/ACCA) or prior experience in an audit firm is highly preferred. - Possess at least 3 years of solid, well-rounded accounting experience. - Demonstrate strong communication skills, with business-level English and conversational Cantonese; able to explain financial insights clearly to stakeholders across regions. - Work independently and stay organized, thriving in a small-team environment while balancing high-level analysis with administrative tasks. - Proficient in computerized accounting systems and advanced MS Excel. - Seeking a stable, long-term working environment with the intention to build a lasting career. |
