| 募集業務内容 | Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Specialist who will initially focus on providing technical assistance to internal users and gradually expand into system administration and IT environment management. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, infrastructure maintenance, and proactive communication with users to ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. Location: Cheung Sha Wan Responsibilities: - Provide IT support for internal users, particularly with Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, etc.). - Troubleshoot issues related to PCs, operating systems, and peripheral devices (e.g., printers). - Manage user accounts, including access rights, password resets, and permissions. - Handle inquiries related to business systems, analyze issues, and escalate appropriately. - Communicate effectively with users to resolve problems and provide clear guidance. |

Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in IT technical support or system administration. - Good command of English and Mandarin for effective cross-functional communication. - Proven experience in IT support for internal users, especially with Office 365 and Teams. - Strong troubleshooting skills for PCs, OS, and peripherals. - Experience in account management and access control. - Hands-on experience in server and network setup/maintenance. - Familiarity with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V preferred). - Knowledge of backup software (Veeam preferred). - Ability to document, organize, and manage IT environment information systematically. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with users. |
