| 募集業務内容 | ■Industry: F&B ■Office location: Central ■Job duties: * Perform daily restaurant operations management including opening and closing duties * To lead, supervise & train team members to maintain a high-level of services and standard * Liaise closely with Executive Chef & the kitchen team on new menu ideas, beverage promotions and other promotional ideas to enhance overall business levels. * Maintain high team moral, delegate daily / weekly / monthly roasters, attendance records * Consistently review operations and team members to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement * Participate in planning and developing seasonal menus and drinks * Motive your teammates to drive sales * Inventory control for daily use in the restaurant to ensure service requirements are met * Manage the restaurant to exceed standards in food quality, safety, cleanliness, and maintenance * Handle customer queries and complaints |

■Requirements: * Minimum 5+ years’ F&B hands-on experience in high-end Japanese cuisine * The ideal candidate should have the positive, energetic, and passionate attitude to anticipate customer needs as well as can handle a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Japanese is definitely a must * Immediate available highly preferred * Less experience will consider as Assistant Restaurant Manager |
