| 募集業務内容 | Job Responsibilities -Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Japanese-speaking customers, apparel brands, and business partners -Manage key accounts while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities -Serve as the main liaison between Japanese clients/headquarters and manufacturing facilities across Asia -Handle the sales cycle from inquiry management, quotation preparation, sample coordination, and order follow-up to delivery -Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met -Conduct customer visits, factory visits, and business meetings to strengthen relationships and expand business opportunities -Travel regularly within the Asia-Pacific region, primarily China and Vietnam, to visit customers and production sites |

Requirements -Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above. -Minimum 3 years of sales, merchandising, or account management experience in the garment industry -Experience in apparel, sportswear, or related garment products is preferred -Native-like level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or BJT J1) with strong written and spoken English skills -Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, quotation preparation, and sales reporting) -Proactive, customer-focused, and capable of managing both account servicing and business development activities -Willing to travel within the APAC region, mainly China and Vietnam, approximately once per month or as business needs require -Stable employment history preferred. |
