- A bachelor’s degree in all disciplines or equivalent - A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an accounting environment. Fresh graduate Welcome! Knowledge in P/L, B/S etc - A high level of proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) - A good command of English, both written and spoken - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - A strong sense of responsibility and professionalism - A positive and customer-oriented attitude |
