- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ERP consulting and project management. - Native level in Japanese (Required for communication with HQ and Japanese clients); Business intermediate level or higher English level; Chinese/Mandarin is an advantage but not required - Strong understanding of business processes in Manufacturing and Logistics (specifically Production Control, MRP, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory Management). - Proven ability in documentation, client presentation, and stakeholder management. - Highly organized, responsible, able to multitask, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelors degree or higher. - Able to have business trip (Approx. 3 times/month to China and ASEAN regions). |
