- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Employee Benefits and / or General Insurance, gained in a broking firm or insurance company - Strong track record of achieving and exceeding in retention, renewal and new business development in HK - Ability to work independently and commit to delivering results - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin and Japanese language skills are an advantage) - Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing. - Deep understanding of the HK insurance market |
