| 募集業務内容 | ■Industry: Retail, F&B ■Office location: Tsuen Wan ■Employment type: Full-time ■Job Titles: China Division Manager (Business Development) ■Monthly Salary: HK$25,000 to HK$35,000 (Negotiable) ■Job description: •Formulate and implement strategies to achieve business objectives •Achieve the annual sales target and generate new sales revenue with new client •Build and manager strategic business relationship with current and potential clients •Develop marketing strategy for outstanding the Food and Beverage market product in the competitive market •Understand the industry development and develop new business opportunities in China •Prepare management reports (i.e. sales performance, P&L, etc.) on regular basis •Coordination with Tokyo, Macau, Shenzhen and Guangzhou office |

■Requirements: •Degree in Business Management / Marketing & Sales or equivalent •Minimum 5 years or above solid and hands on sales and business development experiences gained within the marketing industry. Experience in developing new sales in China, Macau and Hong Kong market •Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Have track record in commercializing and operationalizing innovative business and operating models •Strong executive presence with compelling communication and negotiation skills •Excellent communication and presentation skills in both spoken and written Chinese and Japanese (N2 or above) •Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word and Excel and must be advanced in PowerPoint •Able to frequent travel •Immediately available is highly preferred. |
