募集業務内容 | ■Job duties: * Support Japanese expatriates’s related documents such as Working visa, HKID, Company apartment, Bank A/C, Mobile phones, Medical insurance, Body check etc. * Handle Air ticket, Hotel booking, Visa application, PCR test, Courier arrangement, Company event coordination * Maintain staff record, Update Internal information updates (Tel book, seating layout, etc.) and Prepare various reports ( ISO14001 agenda, minutes, 5S patrol report, arrange payment requests) * Attend meetings such as Internal Div. meeting, Company event meeting, ISO14001, 5S meeting * Handle other projects and ad hoc assignments |

■Requirements: * Higher Diploma, Degree holder or above * Minimum 2-3 years experience in Admin or HR * Fluent in Cantonese, English and Japanese is a must * Proficient in MS office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) * Experience in Visa application and business administration is an advantage * Fully understanding ”HoRenSo” and practice * Self-motivated, independent, excellent problem-solving skills, and with good communication skill * Willing to learn new skills, fast learner, open minded, flexibly adjust to working environment * Working experience at Japanese company is an advantage |
