| 募集業務内容 | About the job Our client is a globally expanding and leading fashion retailer known for promoting a circular economy. To support their rapid business development and long-term expansion plans in Hong Kong, they are currently seeking a high-caliber and independent professional to join their corporate planning team. This role offers high autonomy, where you will take the lead in market development and oversee the end-to-end process of new store development, property acquisition, and construction management. Position Store Development Manager (Corporate Planning) Job Responsibilities: - Property Development & Market Research: Discover new store locations, conduct trading area analysis, competitor research, and P&L projections based on the expansion strategy. - Lease Negotiation: Take the lead in lease condition negotiations and contract execution with shopping mall leasing teams, developers, and property owners. - Construction & Cost Management: Select and direct design firms, engineering offices, and contractors. Obtain competitive quotes, drive cost-reduction initiatives, and manage budgets for interior construction costs. - Project Management: Oversee construction scheduling, progress management, technical discussions regarding structural requirements, and final handover inspections. - Store Planning & Maintenance: Coordinate with internal departments for smooth store openings, and handle renovations, maintenance, or reinstatement works for existing stores. - Reporting & Alignment: Act as the key driver for business development, maintaining professional communication and reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Planning. |

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in opening and managing local Hong Kong retail branches. - High proficiency in Japanese is required (JLPT N1 or above);Good command in English and Mandarin. Native in Cantonese. - Proactive, respectful, and Strong independent execution skills, capable of handling internal/external communication and documentation without assistant support. - Proven track record in liaising with engineering companies, vendors, and Hong Kong shopping mall leasing teams. |
