- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree or HR certification is a plus). - At least 3 years of experience in human resources 2 years in a managerial role. - Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. - Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office word, PowerPoint, excel etc. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. |
