- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Employee Benefits or General Insurance, ideally with a broker or insurer. - Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong insurance market. Valid IIQE (Papers 1–4) or equivalent (ANZIIF/LOMA). - Bachelor’s degree required. - Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Cantonese. Japanese or Mandarin is a plus. - Detail-oriented, calm, and team-focused, with strong relationship-building skills. |
