| 募集業務内容 | Job Responsibilities - Propose Japanese real estate investment opportunities to overseas investors to expand revenue and strengthen the client base. - Collaborate with group companies in the real estate sector to create and close cross‑border transactions. - Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, funds, family offices in Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan. - Develop new investor channels through strengthened ties with securities relationship managers, participation in industry events, and independent networks. - Prepare proposal materials and investment analysis reports tailored to client needs. - Coordinate property tours and site visits for overseas clients in collaboration with domestic offices. - Liaise with sellers, buyers, financial institutions, and professional advisors to support contract negotiation and closing. |

Requirements - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, relationship management, or consulting. - Strong interest in investment, financial services, real estate, or wealth management industries. - Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1), English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. - Prior experience working in a Japanese company or living in Japan is an advantage. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. - Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results‑oriented mindset. - Occasional travel to Japan, approximately 2–3 business trips per year. |
