| 募集業務内容 | - Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets, with a focus on India and existing regions. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support global expansion strategies. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. - Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and professional business documentation including contracts and proposals. - Coordinate closely with the Sales Coordinator on PO/SO processing, shipping arrangements, and billing. - Travel frequently (1–2 times per month) to Mainland China, Asia for client meetings and factory inspections. - Translate presentation materials between Japanese, Chinese, and English. - Participate in specialized on-the-job training in Japan to gain deep product knowledge. |

- 3–5 years of sales experience in electronic components (semiconductors preferred) - Fresh graduate will also be considered and welcome - Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets - Strong negotiation and presentation skills; comfortable with frequent overseas travel - Ability to prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and business documentation - Self‑driven, independent, polite, and willing to learn - Language skills: Fluent Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) Fluent Mandarin Good command of spoken and written English Native Cantonese speaker |
