| 募集業務内容 | ■Industry: F&B ■Office location: Central ■Job duties: * Perform daily restaurant operations management * To lead, supervise & train staffs to maintain a high-level of services and standard * Liaise closely with executives of Japanese group companies * Consistently review operations and team members to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement * To perform accounting & budgeting, including foods and beverages cost control and import management from Japan * To develop new recipe and menu * To create and maintain Japanese restaurant operation concept * To develop and manage all you can eat system * Develop purchasing routes in Hong Kong and Japan * To negotiate with suppliers about price and shipping schedule * To analyze and plan restaurant sales activities and profitability * To develop and implement marketing plan * To prepare for regular reports to franchiser and directors * To have meetings with franchiser and directors to set budget |

■Requirements: * Minimum 10+ years restaurant management experience in Japanese cuisine * Experiences in management of new restaurant opening, operation development, staff training and financial management * Experiences in Japanese restaurant marketing and public relations are preferred * The ideal candidate should have the positive, energetic, and passionate attitude to anticipate business needs as well as can strong communication skills * Good command of Japanese language is definitely a must * Immediate available highly preferred |
