| 募集業務内容 | ■Job duties: * Assistant to promote Japanese Prefectures to Hong Kong /Macau/PRD people and related business * Assistant for planning, organizing and implementing of various tourism events * Liaison with clients inclusive of Japanese clients * Contact, deal and maintain good relationship with Japanese clients * Create Facebook and Instagram posts * Chinese/English/Japanese Translation, Interpretation, Document Preparation, Customer Contact * Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external parties * Handle any duties /admin tasks /ad hoc projects as assigned |

■Requirements: * Bachelor degree holder with 1-2 years working experience (Fresh graduates will also be considered) * Interested in tourism PR work using Japanese * Excellent in spoken Cantonese, English, Putonghua and Japanese * Proficient in written Chinese, English and Japanese * Creative, detail-minded and hungry to learn to new things * Capable to operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment * General knowledge in internet, basic computer skills inclusive of MS Word MS Excel MS Power Point ■Language skills: * Cantonese: Native level * English and Mandarin: Business level * Japanese: Business level, JLPT N2 or above |
