募集業務内容 | ■Job Description: * To handle procurement operation in electric and electronic area ( ODM/OEM/EMS ) process such as vendor sourcing, pricing & services benchmarking, cost down negotiation etc * To handle RFQ, PO & invoices processing and monitoring as well as the delivery control * To keep close and effective communication contact with customers and suppliers * Prepare reports such as budget & rolling forecast and business proposal to customer etc * Follow up with customers for on time and smooth collection * To assist other ad-hoc projects as assigned |

■Requirements: * University Degree holder with health condition * Buyer who has 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in Japanese electric/electronic trading and/or manufacture industry * Good command of written and spoken Japanese, English & Chinese * Proficient in MS Office (excel and ppt.) for effective business proposal * Pro-active, self-initiative, well organized, responsibility, commitment & good communication skill * Immediate available/short notice will be an advantage |
